After running a gas engine
Hello I’m new to this site my name is marvin I have built flown and crashed a lot of planes in my time I am new to two-stroke gas my question is after flying all day is it best to run the engine out of gas before you store it or just shut it off and leave fuel in it, if you do store it for long periods of time is there any type of fuel to run into it.

2 stroke is totally different than nitro engines. You can defuel the fuel tank or leave fuel in the tank, for your 2 stroke engines. All personal preference. I choose to leave fuel in my tanks.

Treat it just as a weed whacker is my advice...I only drain my tanks to work on them

Yup.....leave fuel in tank helps keep lines pliable and no need to run engine dry...
