Tested 2 3w 170 tscs yesterday. Temp 17 deg cel, 305 feet ASL

Both engines mounted in airframes. One using 3w short drop headers and the other using deep drop headers. Both using 3w pefa lv90 cans.

Fuel was 3w oil at 40-1 using BP98 octane fuel.

One engine running walbro carb and the other the tillaston.

Used the same 32-12 mejzlik prop on both engines and got 5400 exactly from each engine.

I did a few runs with my geared G-62 (1,75:1). No muffler used for the tests. Numbers in brackets are crank rpm.

SEP 32x10x2, 3800 rpm (6650).
3W 32x12x2, 4100 rpm (7175). Calculated hp 6,6.
Menz 26x12x4, 4600 rpm (8050). Calculated hp 6,9.
Fiala 28x10x2, 5150 rpm (9010). Way too small.

Im working on an inline twin made from two G-62s and fitted with the belt drive. Im hoping to be able to pull a 33x18 3-blade prop when finished.

75 degrees 1500' ASL

Falcon 29x9 CF prop

Tached right after landing

6300 rpm.

Don't let the rpm fool you, the combo pulls a 43.5 lb. comparf on an vertical upline from midrange up to WOT. And it doesn't rip. Mid range torque and a deep pitch prop. What a combo. And it hasn't fully broken in from the rebuild yet.
Have some info and pictures of the pipes ?
I didn't know Slimline had / started making pipes.
