Nice work guys

I got lazy and installed a servo for the choke

Gotta admit it's nice fliping a switch for the choke.

I love honesty- I did the same thing so I wouldn't have to bend down too far. Put it on the right rear slide switch.

I just ran and flew my frist GP 61 today and I have to say wow! I have a EF 88" edge 540 that I had a DA60 with a smooth pipe I though was really good. I have been talking to Dave Sullivan and he been telling me about the GP61 and how good of engine it was. I bought one from him and today I went out and flew the plane with the GP=61. I didn't change anything just unbolted the DA and bolted on the GP.
I flew the plane on the very first start . The throttle response was amazing and the Idle was smoother than the DA on the first flight. I was ripping a falcon 24-9 by the third flight. I had people coming up asking what engine I had in the plane because it sounded so good and the performance was outrageous. I have high hopes the as it breaks in it will only get better.
The GP -61 with a smooth pipe yanked my edge around like a rag doll, I'm a happy GP-61 owner.

I've got the same setup on my Yak. Ludicrous power. Dave is a great guy and he always takes care of his customers! I'm glad you like your GP.

Two years old (serial #0003) and still running like a clock. Had a BME58 on ES Pipe in this airframe (92" Badan Vertigo kit) and performance was good at 16lbs.

This is the remainden with GP61 on canister with a Falcon 25x8W at 17lbs. Ballistic performance now

Go GP

Oh man, I wish I was out there. I ended up being really busy all day building a new plane (boo hoo) and I haven't paid my club dues yet! I'm sending in my application this week, so I'll be back in action when the weather improves. This weekend looks bad but hopefully soon we'll have some nice flying days!
