Removing "building tabs" from wing ribs?

I have been building an old 41% Pitts Model 12 short kit from Bob Trueworthy for too many years. The wing ribs are laser cut plywood with building tabs to allow the ribs to be set on a flat building surface. Now the wings have been assembled, and the tabs need to be removed before the wings can be sheeted. Some of the tabs are near the trailing edge where the ribs are quite small and a bit flimsy. Can anyone share how to best remove the tabs without breaking the ribs?

I use a sharp Razor Saw. It does not require a lot of pressure if the blade is sharp. Micro Mark sells Razor Saw blades in the shape of #11 Exacto blades, they are very thin and can get into small areas if the regular Razor Saws are to large. Exacto also makes a razor saw blade that fits into their #2 handle.

Thanks guys. I've come up with a slightly different approach. I dug out my old Fein Master tool and a new saw blade. I've successfully removed a few, requiring just a little sanding after sawing. Once again I find a carpentry power tool useful in modeling.
Thanks again,
Larry
