I was searching some threads and came across an eme60... Very similar in power to a da60...... Another option. Anyone here flying a 32% decathlon with an engine on the "smaller" side ?

Hi all... I'm looking to order swb servo arms for all surfaces... Can someone please tell me the correct lengths to get ? I am waiting for the airframe to come in, so I'd like to get them in advance.
Aileron
Flaps
Elevator
Rudder

Also, what length extensions and quantity needed ?

Thanks for your time.

The factory arms are 1.625 to the center of the outermost hole on the arm. I used 1.5" arms and have no issues. I also used a 3" offset for the rudder and the geometry seems okay. I made my own extensions so I can't help you there. Don't forget, if you run the lights, you will need extensions for the Landing and Tail light.

Yes. With the exception of the rudder which is a 3" offset.

I'm going to try mine on a DA60 . . . I'll post up how it goes. I'm at 4600 ft though, so I'm pretty sure it won't be hanging from the prop (hovering.)

Question... so I received my decathlon today... sad to say that 3 ribs were cracked in the right wing all the way in to the outer 3 ribs.... Also, one door handle is kinda messed up... the little metal handle on a handle just pulled out ? It was shaky loose. Looks like the metal handle gets glued into the metal rod that slides...anyone know what type of glue to use ? CA won't cut it. Chief Aircraft set up a claim for me and looks like they will replace the wing.... What can I do for the door handle ?? J-bweld ? epoxy ? Do they sell new door mechanisms? I cannot open the door because of this unless I open the top hatch and manually push on the sliding lock to unluck it.

I had ribs broken and sheeting crushed on my 40% decathlon when it arrived. Pilot replaced it very quickly.

Do you have some photos of the hinges? I am not sure what you mean.
