They do make a thing that plugs into the back of the switch that always keeps it turned off. the light is kinda annoying to me being cut on. but guess i could stick a piece of vinyl over it. I forget if that can be cut off using forscan. I am tempted to get forscan but my issue is not having a reliable laptop.

I have forscan but I'm scared to make any changes and give Ford a chance to void my warranty. lol

2018 RAM 1500 EcoDiesel. 28 mpg hwy, 21-23 mpg city empty, 16-18 mpg hwy with 27 ft RV. Can't even tell the trailer is hitched unless it's windy.
