Excellent! I'm looking at the 93" myself as an IMAC/Sportsman setup.... there are a couple of events in SW district were the runways are... lets say a bit tight! A 108" to 90" setup as a B option would really be nice.

Ill be flying the 105" strictly for IMAC next season in either the sportsman or intermediate class. I can't wait to start getting it dialed in.

What is the CG of the 105" Laser? 1.5"-2" forward of wing tube?

i flew basic with my 93 Laser on Motrolfly 5335 on 12 S. I run 10,000mAh batteries and get some good time. I learned a lot with this plane and it presents well! The Jeti telemetry really helps me tweak and maximize!

I plan on competing Sportsman with the same setup. It is IMAC specific. I do not have 3D rates at all.

Love the plane and get a lot of compliments.

I would go with the 105 lazer just because it would be all the same equipment only thing is engine. I would use the Da 120 or mite think about the 100L. I think the 100cc size plane is the ultimate plane size that every one should have.
See you in a few months

Got My 105" on Friday, pulled her out into the workshop today and got things started. First thing started with was the Fuse, went over all the covering and went over the landing gear block with some thinned out 5min Epoxy. Just to seal the wood for fuel proofing, and ensure those seems wont ever come up. I also took this chance to mask off the motorbox area and paint it. I have been painting them with the grey stone paint for ever. Lay down a light coat of grey primer first, then just dust on the Stone stuff. Light weight and looks good. Next gonna work on getting her up on her feet and the rudder mounted.

The extra preassembly work looks great! I really like the look of the gray/stone finish on the motor box.

I'm happy to hear that. If I go for the 105, it will be my IMAC backup plane.

What other airplanes do you print baffles for? I would like to baffle my 36% Sbach but just haven't taken the time to work up a set

Mostly EF, but working on a couple of others, like PAU Edge and the AJ's, and a AW Extra. I need the distance form the cowl lip to the engine fins for the 105 Laser if anyone has it.
