Kamaero extra 300, Carden 124 Extra 300, and Jtech has several viable models.

Those are excellent options above, but to add to the list there is also the PNW Aircrafters Extra 300. If you want an ARF there is the AJ Laser 230 123" designed for the 200 to 222cc 4 cylinder motors.

I vote Jtec MX2 or Dalton Extra ML or the Yak.
if you do decide to stick with an ARF the AJ Aircraft 123" laser, EF 123" Lase or the new Comp ARF Extra 330.

Watch out it is very long and many motor boxes will have to be cut to accept it. Balance points are also something to watch out for.

I had one in an EF Extra.

AirBoss,

Ray at CARF, advised against the new Extra 330 LX, instead he suggested the 3.1M SC version or the 3M Sukhoi, or 3.3M Yak.

The problem is not what is a good airframe but what will it fit in due to the length and weight of it.

I have a Dalton 300ml with a 3W 220. It’s been a great combo for the past 6 years of Unlimited competition flying. Lots of power and a solid airframe choice.
I would go with a CamAero Extra or Carden Pro. They look better and are a better build design.
Garrett.

I am curious on why you scored the AJ Lazer so low. I have the Sukhoi and I love that air frame. The Lazer was a surprise to me though.
