Extreme Flight 110" Yak

The new Extreme Flight 110" Yaks are on the way and hopefully will arrive soon!
This is one AWESOME aircraft that flys and presents like a 40%'er. A 3W 106 or DA 100 will power this plane with ease.
Included is a painted "Helmet Head" pilot matching the scheme of the plane you choose ( 3 color schemes will be available ) and also an instrument panel, carbon fiber wing tube, etc...
This is an excellent plane for both IMAC and Freestyle in all classes and flies the Unlimited sequence with ease.
I like the fact that a lap or two around the sky and I was totally comfortable with the plane...
Check out the Extreme Flight Booth in Toledo April 4th, 5th and 6th.....

Yes, they will be $1049.00 plus shipping and that includes the Painted helmet pilot and instrument panel! Both the Pilot and Panel are very light and match the airframe perfectly.
If you are an experienced builder, you can start the plane on a Friday and fly it Sunday afternoon....

Will a DA-85 work well with this plane?

Basically, all you have to do is hinge your surfaces, seal the hinge gaps, put your servos in, mount the landing gear, Motor, batteries, Pull-Pull system, mount the pilot and Panel, cut out the cowl, put in your switches. It sounds like alot but it isnt....The fit and finish is excellent so you dont have to waste any time "making things fit". Included hardware is top notch so no need to replace anything.
I would personally put cannisters in it ( or maybe a pipe ) which is easy to do with this airframe.
I am sure these will go quick so get on the list ASAP to get one......

Not sure as I have no experience with this engine but the airframe is light and the 85 would fly it....I personally wouldnt use less than a 100cc motor.

Best to order now....they will probably be available within the month of April. That give people enough time to get their benches clear from winter projects and the weather to get nice so you can build it and fly it without waiting for the snow to melt!

I see they are standing behind the ailerons as the website is stating 5 high torque servos.Assuming they mean an 8711.

Actually, it's 7 high torque servos. I don't know if the ailerons would hold up with one, I wouldn't take the chance. I'm running 2 8611a's on each aileron, 1 8711 on each elevator, and 1 8711 on the rudder which has more than enough authority.

I agree, I would use 7 servos also. Just wondering why they state 5?
