Looks really good!
1) Is the ignition something new?
2) Are the dimensions for the length, width, bolt patterns etc, going to be available?
3) How loud is it (per AMA guidelines)?
3) What are the exhaust port dimensions (for headers, assuming the so called "mufflers" are useless like others)?
Perhaps DA-150 headers might fit?
4) What are the RPM numbers on headers and cans?
5) Will the production versions come with a more user friendly throttle and choke arms?
6) Price?
7) Can the fuel inlet to the carb be rotated?
8) CF prop washer?

I think the answer to #8 will be black anodized or coated metal washer that matches the black case.

And 2 pics to the right looks like the mount is CF as well. It seems like a good way to get a 144cc engine at similar weight to a 120cc...

i agree the plate the carb mounts to also appears to be carbon. not the block there the reed block is but the reed plate its self which would make sense.. dirt bikes did it for years.

I only looked close at the washer on the engine stand, I did not realize carbon fiber would make a good washer.

depending on the curing process used and temperature that it was cured at. would absolutely be a good idea if done correctly. not sure that washer will really save much weight.

Answer:

1) Yes, New DJ Twin cylinder ignition. But It still in endurance testing, I will use RCEXL ignition in first shipment.
2) Width: 285mm cap to cap (see image as follow), Other mounting dimensions are same as DA120.
3) Sound pressure has not been tested yet.
The exhaust port dimensions are same as DJ72, EME120, DLE111,etc...(40mm,see image as follow)
4) Has not been test on headers and cans. I think the headers and cans of 60cc class is OK and there will be no power loss.
5) I made some aluminum rocker arm for you(see image as follow),
free.
6) Please contact Mike Maloney from Mile High RC
7) Yes, Its up to you . But I think it's a good position now, Maybe it's better to directed to backward?(see image as follow)
8) The prop washer and engine stand is made by 6mm carbon fibre and glass fiber mix plate. The Curing process using high temperature and high pressure, So the strength and elasticity are higher than aluminium. Please don't worry.
