Looks like we are all wasting our time guys... the OP has not chimed in one time! Lol I would still like to know why he wants a substitute for MKS.

Has Savox established US based service? I had 3 savox servos fail on me IN flight a few years ago. Called Savox just to get them rebuilt (not even asking them to replace them or anything) and was told there was no US service and I should throw them away. Yes, I was actually told to throw several hundred dollars worth of servos that just needed gears/service in the trash.

Not sure if this is still the case, but I was extremely disappointed when it happened.

Ive been trying out a few of these,

https://www.kstsz.com/

Heli direct uses them as private label in turbine jets. I never cared for Savox , I use and like JR, MKS, Xpert. but wanting to control costs trying out KST on 2 3D models and really happy, I even put a 20g digital 75oz metal gear 2 inches behind a .20CC to run a Walbro throttle in a 3D. So far it looks worth while time and gear slop yet to be dtermined.............

Hi!

Sorry I haven't seen this in a bit. I just finished school and I am going into Highschool as a Freshman9(finally!) so I haven't seen this in a bit. I don't have anything against MKS, there just SO EXPENSIVE!!!! Otherwise, I asked this because I am starting to get into larger planes(75"-91") and I wanted to know everyone preferences.

Thanks!

Jackson

I put these in a 20CC profile 3D plane and its performing beyond expectations, metal gear trains are smooth as my Xpert servos. However my brushless Xpert center slowly when radio turned on the KST jump as most others do. But hellova cost savings......

Soft start is a neat feature. Futaba has it as well.
