80” Beechcraft D18 for Xmas

Happy New Year everyone. My wife got me an 80” Beech D18 short kit from AMAmodels for Xmas. Looking for any help on material kit and landing gear. Any info is really appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Ken

I do have the plans but doesn’t say who it is. Being a gift I really need to try and complete this. 😌

My advice is lay out the plans and decide your gear ,radio equipment positions plus the engine and fuel tank placement, the wing will get crowded quick
Might also be worth considering fixed gear and even going electric due to size
