If one practices yearly/seasonal tank maintenance & change out of fuel lines there should be nothing to worry about .....
It is generally lack of fuel system maintenance that leads to issues

I've always performed annual and ongoing maintenance of my equipment but since changing to all Viton clunk and fill lines, I inspect the lines, determine they look and feel just like they did when installed, reassemble everything and move on. When using all Tygon feed lines, most of the same lines were replaced on an annual basis. I continue to use Tygon for my vent lines and these last for a number of years. Both kinds of lines served well but the Viton is clearly a better, longer lasting product.
