New Servos from MKS

MKS has 3 new servos coming soon, all with soft start, that you'll want to check out. The big boy HB135WP-12 puts out over a whopping 1800oz/in of torque!!! It has an MKS exclusive 10mm output spline and it has separate power, signal and analog feedback wires. Pricing should be around $650 with availability slated for right around August 2019.

The HBL3850 servo was co-developed with Jase Dussia. He wanted a servo even more powerful than the 380 and thus the 3850 was created. There's a new gear reduction drive in it that allows it to put out 791.5oz/in of torque. It slowed the servo down slightly, but they say you don't notice with the extra power created by the servo.

The HBL388 is a brand new servo. There's a typo on the display board showing it as the 380, but the specs are for the new 388. It's slightly larger than a typical standard servo and it can put out over 900oz/in of torque. Both the 388 and 3850 use the MKS exclusive 8mm output spline for heavy duty use.

These servos are coming soon from MKS so keep an eye on the website here for availability.

Amazing! Will love to try a couple.

Sometimes I wonder if the manufacturers have known all along how to get these insane torque values a decade ago but have been slowly introducing them to the market with incrementing values.... Lol
