I use one with a cord for heavy work and these for lighter need (see pic) , I got two of them so no battery issue.

Just wondering if you know but how is the model with battery that you got compare to the one with a cord in so far as power? If it is the same I would go for electric anytime now. An extension is always in the way.

Hey Scotty, Any time you need me just holla..

Hey Puttputt. Power is great, variable speed, and it works with all the add on adapters. How do you like the pistol grip? To me it would seem to be something I'd have to get use to.

Lots of time I just hold it like any Dremel by the main shaft.

For finishing detailled work the pistol grip is actually more precise. It puts your hand, at least mine, in a more natural state for fine motor control.

It does get in the way sometimes in tight areas but other time the shorter length helps getting into other tight areas.

All tools have trade off, that is why I want more tools

I hate it when that happens, which is also why I went with a corded Dremel. I feel that the corded Dremel is more powerful too, but that's just me

This is one gorgeous airplane, can't wait to see it done

Looks great. Do the control horns come pre installed as pictured on the elevator? Will keep and eye on your build. Good luck and have fun..

Control horn spots are pre installed. I used loctite hysol 9462 to epoxy them all in.

Didn't get a hole lot done this morning. Drilled the backplate and prop and cleaned up the spinner a bit more. Trying to figure out my desired mounting style for the aileron servos. This is what I have so far but not 100% sold on it yet. I think I'll move on to the engine and come back to the wings...

We sell it at Chief with the uncut spinner. (Painted to match from Krill)

Was the one you saw with the quad This one?

Its been my go to video. I too plan to fly IMAC with this beauty. Sorta flew Advanced with a PRC 40% E330SC for the last few years. (Young Kido's at home) kept me grounded a bit. But I plan on competing in 2017.

I've got my eye on this airplane, and I really like the way it flies. The video gives testament to that fact. They say it is for a 100 cc motor, and the company says they do not recommend anything bigger, from what I recall they made a statement months back regarding motor size. However, this newer video just posted, that airplane is outfitted with a 3W 140 cc twin. Wonder if they have changed their stance?
