The 120 I would do a700 in the tail 9177 in the wings as 172 seem to be hard to get

Will FUTABA R2001SB work in giant scale planes? Either with all S-Bus servo’s or S-Bus <-> Aura ?

I am in a market to buy a 120cc bi-plane, and I am looking at the Mamba 120cc package as well as other packages from Hangar 9 and PAU. I also looked at other 3D 120cc planes from Extreme Flight, 3DHS, AJ Aircraft., Pilot RC..etc. The prices range anywhere from $1000 to $1500, and the Mamba 120cc is at the high price range.

As a voice of customer, I like the Mamba 120cc, but I really love to see Flex Innovations also include wing/stab bags, cockpit and pilot with the package. Specially, the wing/stab bags, since the Mamba has 4 separate wings and 2 elevators. Imagine that we have to handle all of those pieces at the field on a windy day without the carry bags. Someone may argue that you can spend money separately to customize the bags for the Mamba wings and elevators, as well as searching for the pilot that fits the cockpit and has matching color. Others may say you just need to wait for a little while, Flex will sell you the wing bags and elevator bags, and the matching color pilot at a later time…and so on…

I think Flex is currently taking the lead in the 120cc bi-plane, but what Flex does not want to do is to leave too many improvement rooms and opportunities for the competitors to catch up and taking over at a better offer price after they learned from the Mamba product.

Heard rumor at my club that Extreme Flight is also looking into developing biplane. Wow..wow... hope this will be real!!!! Their extra 300 plane is probably the best in the market, and their planes normally come with cockpit, pilot, and wing bags. Would love to see their biplane too.
