I know I am sending this note, so I must be on the website.
However, I am having a very unique issue with opening the website.
Are any of you admins tech support?

Any issues with logging on or accessing the site are almost always a browser issue likely an issue with cookies. Try it with a different browser and see if that resolves it.

It is a very unique issue. I have tried different browsers. I clicked on the box under IP verification which is under Miscellaneous Options which is under Edit Options. I get a message that reads:

"Your IP Address (2600:6c56:6f08:720:81fa:55:f209:52a6) is currently awaiting authorisation to be enabled for the user Cashpoboy.

Please check the email address associated with your account and click the authorisation link.

Click here to re-send the verification email."

When I go to the verification email, it sends me directly back to the message on the website. The issue is with RC Groups and my name there is Cashpoboy, but the format is exactly the same as Flying Giants, that is why I am contacting you. The message is the only thing that I can see on the home page of RC Groups and it will not let me access anything. I have no way to contact their admin. It has created a 'loop' so to speak and the website is completely frozen with this statement asking me to verify IP address. I am really frustrated and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ah, don't click that option for the IP Verification. It doesn't work and I don't know why it's there. Jim and I don't have access to turn that off on your account, so I'll have to send it to the home office, but the employee who does that for us is on vacation currently, so it might be a week or two before it gets done.
