The count down begins.....so who is coming?

I'll be there friday to bring out picnic tables and my do some flying and i will be there sat. as well.

as of now, myself , kurt, jim , chuck,greg, mark m. will be there. kurt and i flew there on sunday w/ jim bauer then we joined. after we flew we went over to the airport and had dinner. while there we saw the replica of georeg h bush's plane (avenger)come in and land, then a ww2 paratroper plane landed and the pilot took us on board to check it out....scary how third world that old stuff looks !!!!!!!! what a great field. leo , bob and everyone else welcomed us on board. some of us are trying to make it friday afternoon....see you guys there !!!!!!

Me, the wife and the dog are leaving Champaign around noon and heading straight to the field. More of the gang will trickle in Friday night or Saturday morning. We are staying at the field. Is anyone else staying or is everyone headed home Saturday night?

Hey Steve - Glad to hear you and Kurt liked the field. I joined up a few weeks ago as well. I can't make the open house this weekend but look forward to flying with you guys this summer.

tony...it's gonna be fun...looking forward to flying there alot, mostly on weekends though as it's pretty far from the house to make it after work,

That sucks because I have flown less than Fick but its not from lack of trying.

Jason, I'm heading out there Friday morning assuming I can get everything together tonight. I've put about a dozen flights on the JTEC this year so far. Not much but its at least some.

Roger, we'll try to be nice......not promising anything though. Tell them to stay away from Puckett, he's trouble with his griddle on griddle action going on at his camper.
