How would I go about having a site administrator look into a negative trader rating left for me solely because I left a negative rating for that member with good reason?

There is a report button to alert the moderators. Typically they only remove feedback when no transaction happened. Once a deal is made, both parties have a right to leave feedback based on how they feel the deal went. We don’t get involved in disputes and encourage both parties to work together to reach a resolution. Feedback can be edited to change the rating if the user desires.
