Woodbutcher, Pride made me aware of that possibility, which i was un aware of. Im going to get r done asap. I spoke to him again about it at Rocky Mount today. We finally got a weekend thats not horrific with wind and got some sequences in. Josh & Pride are helping me out alot. Got to see Kens new plane....Nice. Lookin fwd to this year in basic.....Gene

Gene, I sent you the info. Hey, if you can't get the old rods out, Wait until the contest, and the Woodbutcher (aka. Plastic Butcher) will give you a hand. I think he will even bring his own dremel.

Prizzy, Im ordering the materials Monday. Thanks for the info. Thanks also for the help you & josh gave me while flying today. The tip on which way to remember to move the tail when inverted helped alot. Its comming around slowly for me. Thanks again....Gene

Neil, I seperated the classes in hopes of getting more people to enter the contest. My thinking was most basic pilots dont want to compete against an unlimited pilot.

So how windy does it have to be before you guys wont fly? Right now they're forecasting 25mph winds.

I'm all for flying in windy conditions, but I wouldn't want to risk damaging my airplane on landing as its the only one I've got for this season...

as long as the wind is under 30mph,, but it doesn't matter because some of us(me) have to work this weekend,, dangit,,

Sounds good about the freestyle, josh. About the winds, I don't mind them for sequence flying but for freetyle I can't stand it.

Sorry Jon.. not knocking you down but the MPG of the wind is not a factor. It is totally the CD's discrection when or when not to allow flying. Individual Pilots have the option of flying or not also.

Sure was looking forward to seeing you compete this year. Your gonna have to put your foot down at work. IMAC RULES!
