damn if i was closer id grab it up. i pancaked mine yesterday and destroyed the entire bottom of the fuse. landing gear went clean through the canopy lol last time i dip my tail in those tall weeds!

Well, I bought the very nice NIB one from Tom and I am happy to have mine back together in full again. Still looking for an undamaged Canopy if anyone has one, left over from an unfortunate mishap. Like a lot (half) of the comments on this Thread, I really like the way it flies so if I do find another canopy I could either sell a new total kit or just keep it as a spare

Quality issues

Ouch - my canopy fell and cracked a piece off on the edge. Any suggestions on what kind of plastic glue will work the best? I will be searching for a very thin, scrap piece of the same plastic to reinforce that portion of the edging....

Bot a QQ Yak 54 some time back and been flying it with a DLE35.. great flyer! But engine been noisy and I saw that there was room for a canister, so I did. But experiencing a lot of issues with the canister heaing up the interior..

Has anyone else used this motor configuration?

Really like to make it work as the motor ran very smoothly with it
