Question
Walbro carburetor

Just received a new eme 70 with electric start and I was just wondering if it matters which way you mount the carburetor on the engine, Its easier to get to the needle adjustment if you mount it one way as opposed to the other.
Thank You

Check to see if there is a pulse port on both sides of the crankcase. When you remove the carb, you’ll see a hole on one side of the bottom of the carb., that’s the pulse port and it must line up with one on the crankcase.

If the pulse port doesn’t lineup, you can probably rotate the carb and the reed block as an assembly. Just be sure the pulse opening goes all the way through to the crankcase.

Thank you everybody for your response, I got a hold of Mike from Mile High and he said it did not matter.
