I don't know anything about that model. But I have home-tested 3 models of BlueBirds with regulated power distributor and servo ext wires and everything else I am using on board in my planes (tried to get as real as I could rather than a laboratory-ized test!). It seems that BlueBird advertised numbers are not based on 8.3-8.4 volt (fully charged 2S battery). I get 15-20% more torque than advertised! I can't test their speeds. But they look amazingly fast. I guess they could be faster than specs too. The only drawback is they are hungry for Amp. I've already shared my results. here they are again (that 28A servo I tested has been used for a season):

You need to put the power in to get it out, it would be interesting to see other brands in your test rig, it looks like a nice setup.

It is hard to take servos out from my flying planes to test! But here are two Savox models I started my tests with:

Are they the same model, one drawing +7 amp, the other +5 amp. Regardless as the speed and torque increase so will the input power. HP = Torque x Speed/5252.

I'm running 6.6v2S on my 28A & 35A, elevators and Rudder. Running brushless 31A's on the ailerons. Haven't flown yet but expect it to be nice ...

models 1270 and 2231. You can see servo on picture and read the model on its label.

I got a new package with some 35A and really amazed!!!!!!! They are not slow at all! But I recommend to run them on high voltage. day and night difference.

Agreed, I have 7 BLS 31A in my current project, I hope they last as expected. Time will tell. I had the same feeling when I bought my first Hitec 5945 servos 13 years ago.

Just about to grab some of these and I'm thinking of 5 of the BMS-35A 's .
I don't need ultimate speed and so the slightly slower specs of the 35's doesn't worry me. I figure the high torque and hopefully long lived gears with minimal slop should see these go from my current assembly of a 30cc model to maybe a 50cc next.
Any reason to think that the gears in the BLS-31A would stay tighter than the BMS35A ?

I don't want to advertise for BB since they don't pay me. But 35A is not slow at all. I tested side by side with other servos, it can be considered as 0.11s @8.2V. BlueBird specs are BS. Nothing is right. Even weights! 35A has full aluminum case and weights 80 gr (not 74 ±1 !!!). I think its too heavy for a 30cc size plane. besides, why you need 600 oz/inch of torque servo for a 30cc size air frame?!

Not really looking for that much torque for that airframe just want to make the servos useful for a bigger model. I don't see the point in buying just enough for a smallish airframe when I can get better specs for similar money and make them usable for much bigger models if required. Trying to future prof a little I guess is the answer.

Also I'm far from being a brilliant pilot and really the difference between a set of five 35A's at 80 grams each equals 400 grams in servos V's say a set of 50 gram servos equals 250 grams making a difference of 150 grams in a 4.5-5 kg model is really insignificant for all intense purposes as far as I can see ?

Yes but at all adds up. Many years a ago I read auto magazines such as Hot Rod, Car Craft and the like. I remember reading a tips page on how to save 100 pounds, the solution was to find 1600 places to save an ounce. 150 grams here, 150 there, before long you are at half of kilo, that's 10%. FG pointed out the weight of the 31A that I'm using, again the spec say 74 grams, my scales says 80! Another 10%, my next purchase will be plastic case servos and I'm putting them 80cc gassers.
