Thanks guys for all the details on DA120 and props etc. Still searching for a 120... I might have a buyer for my EF 52in Extra... if that goes through I'll have a little more cash to work with...

There is a small chance I might actually be able to fly IMAC this year. Is there any way I can get my old IMAC number back?

Dan, It depends on how long it has been expired. When you go to the IMAC web site to renew it will ask if it is a new or a renewal, at that time you will know if you have the same IMAC #.
Hope to see you at Higgins field.

I would like to thank everybody that has preregistered so for for the Boise contest. If you are going to show up early give me a call (208)731-2164 and we will get you into the gate. I also wanted everyone to know that there will be no lunch served either day this year so please plan on bringing what you need to survive. I do believe that we will have at least two Novice pilots that are going to take advantage of this seasons Novice class so please embrace them and help them face their fears and feel welcome. We all remember how hard it was to take that first step.
I may get out to practice this weekend so not to get any zero's on my Known sequence! I hope you all get out and do some flying as well. I can't thank Angela Iverson enough for doing the scoring for all of us. Would not be the same without her and Bob. I look forward to seeing my you all again.
Michael

I want to thank everybody that attended the BARKS contest. I know that it is a long drive and I hope that you all made it home safely. We were able to fly all three rounds of Knowns and the Unknown on Saturday knowing that Sunday weather forecast was 90% rain. And it did. It was a busy day but it was very rewarding as well with as much flying that we got in.
Thanks again to the BARKS club for letting us occupy their flying field for the one good day out of the weekend.
See you all again in Othello.

Folks, please take time to make your voice count. You have a chance to shape the future of our sport by visiting http://www.mini-iac.org/The-Hangar/g...ned---The-Poll and voting on the issue of redefining our airspace to include a centerline and associated judging criteria, or leaving our airspace as currently defined. If you're unaware of the concept and discussion, you can catch up on it all here: http://www.mini-iac.org/The-Hangar/g...ned---The-Poll

I just read a few comments about this issue, I know there are a ton of hole that need to be considered, but i don't have the time to look at all of them. The biggest hole I can see right now is the subjectivity to the degrees of offset, how's that going to work for a roller? I'm not thinking about me, but the other above me. How's going to man the end box to see if someone is outside of it, either in a maneuver or on a turn around maneuver? Don't you think that the time spent on this might be better served wondering about how the IMAC community gets more involvement and participation in its regions. If you have the time and energy to worry about the box, worry more about the loss of pilots of over the years, and how we get more! Otherwise this issue will be a mute point in the very near future. This is my $1.25 comment.
