I order them from Electro Dynamics they are multi connex connectors and I order the exact lengths I need for each plane. can get up to a 5 servo connector. There's also a Flying Giants member out of Kentucky making these in more of a standard lenght. I have a set - very high quality.

Also with my 42% Ulti I, took the SWB tray out along with two extra servos, and made a 47lb plane a 46lb 2oz plane and was able to move the batteries back out of the cowl. In some cases, less is more.

But the self adjusting tray does provide some safety factor in a lock up situation. You do have to choose...weight or redundancy.

The other option if you go single and are worried about torque, Futaba just put out a 1000oz in servo. But in a 35% 600 plus should be more than adequate.

Here’s a setup idea for you too. May not be perfect or up to the caliber of some of the more experienced folks here, but it’s been strong for 2 seasons of throwing the plane around.

The snake skin wire wrap can be found on amazon or Hobby King. The 3-4 mm size is pretty light and strong. I have some 6-8mm stuff that is a little big and gets heavy. I think Chad may have some at TDRC too.

For the wing servo extensions, I bought the 2 JR female into one MPX connector extensions and one MPX to 2 male JR, from TDRC and got the bulkhead connectors from Dreamworks RC. It makes the setup at the field a breeze since you can’t plug it in the wrong way and you’re not fiddling with safety clips.
