You're all (Matt, Chic, WG, Fovo, Gorgone, etc) welcome at my field sometime and we can do a good practice / critique day for everyone. It'll be middle to end of May before I really have time to spend a solid day at the filed, but when that time comes it'd be fun to get a crew together.

Definitely need to get past mid-May...maybe toward beginning of June. I want to ramp up my practice in June to prepare for Nats!

I hear there is a really nice field in central Va. that is having a big bird event on June 16th and 17th......that would be a great place for everyone to get some practice in.

I remember my first basic contest at thornburg I felt like such an outcast on Friday for practice and said I would NEVER do that actually if it wasn't for Jeff Whitaker and Kent porter I probably never would have returned...

Don't know if I will make any NE contests this year or not, the NE contest schedule and my open weekends aren't so much in agreement this year, so we'll have to see if i can work something out.

I would be up for a Nats tune up. That is if I decide to go.

Just wanted to update everyone on this rookies progress. This is my current issue that Dave, Mr. Pro-Flow has eagerly rendered the solution since he has done it before for another flyer. Seems that the Sbach firewall placement is too shallow to accept the necessary 11" header length without a considerable modification. The photos speak for themselves. Moving the rear of the can tunnel back at least 4" and changing to rear dump cans (in the return mail to me as we speak) which is where I begin tonight.
