I ask the question because one my friend said Life need a regulator?!!
For years I use them with no problem on my jets and glider... The Joker servo are HV one but I will not run them at 7.2 V ...after all the comment (thanks you) I will still use the LiFe with out regulator. |

A 6V Nimh or NiCad fully charged is around 7.2-7.4 volts. A fully charged A123 is around 7.0-7.1 volts. So just because an A123 has a nominal voltage higher than a 6v traditional battery, be careful when comparing them because a Nimh is putting more initial volts to your servo than an A123 when you start out the day fully charged. I use A123 in many planes with 6v servos and never has any issues without a regulator.

Yes thanks , this afternoon I was a bit anxious and I flew my Joker with no issue and no regulator ...Like you renegade Flyer I use Life in all my planes and jets with no issue ..
Was a bad servo problem thanks everyone for the help |
