JMB Boeing TX7A jet

Hi all,
I have a new plane that is the JMB TX7A. It is an absolutely beautiful plane. Minimum setup instructions. I wondered if any one else has a setup that works. I.E. Did you use flaperons? Elevons? How much throw with the controls? Did you use flaps? at all?
When it was test flown, it was a hand full. But at speed it flew well. But in slowing down with flaps it was nearly uncontrollable. It was test flown by a very highly experience pilot...Top Gun, NATS, etc Best pilot at the field and is why I still have a plane not a trash bag of parts. I have not seen another plane like this out there. It is gorgeous and well designed plane.
Thanks for any help.
hal

Here are a couple of YouTube videos of the jet being flown....perhaps you can contact some of the folks flying it to get the information you seek?

Thank you Bill. I did just that and found what my issues were.
Get rid of the flaperons. Clean=Normal config
With flaps...Tailerons and no aelerons.
