Question
Ad listing and email notification

I am experiencing changes in how the classifieds are operating. I recently changed my email account and no longer seeing any of my ads under "My Ads" nor am I getting email notifications on my ads even though I have changed the email notification to "instant" in the settings. This worked fine in the past but no longer. Any ideas?

The My Ads search is broken and we have it on the list for the techs. The emails are working normally so I’d check your spam and junk folders as they are likely going there instead of making it to your inbox.

Thanks. Checked my spam and junk folders, nothing there, I have this thread set to receive email instantly, but had to look into "my flyinggiants" in order to see the response. I would have normally received an email, but since changing email addresses, it doesn't seem to work any longer.

They just got back to work today and they have a ton to do. It could take weeks or more since there are so many issues still to be fixed.

It's taking longer than I expected for the techs to work down the list so we just have to be patient while they work to resolve these issues.

By virtue of me receiving a boat load of email, I assume that the techs have found the problem and relieved the clog. Should everything be working properly now?

Yes, but rhe server is sending out all the notifications that were never sent when it was broken. Once it catches up it will be back to normal.
