Play'in with the Shark FOAMY!

hey guys,

I was out playing with the Shark foamy at my grandparents house. This is my v1 model, which allowed me to make the necessary mods to my liking.

I won a Shark foamy at an indoor event. I believe there is only 2 kits in the country. Anyways... I have been moding my own, and using the kit as the templates. ( I did get permission to make my OWN models of the Shark)

Here is my v1 out of blue foam. I am guessing weighs in around 7oz. It has a rimfire outrunner, 3 hitec servos, 3cell 800mah E-Flite battery.

My mods have included in triming the sfg's, and changing the Flying elevator (full motion) to a regular elevator, thus made me mod the rudder.

Its flying great. I even used hot glue for the build up. Solid as a rock! Little coupling that I am going to take care of with my v2 model which I hope to get down to 4-5oz, using eflite 250, 3 servos, and 2cell battery.

Here's 2 pics in flight. Any questions?

Jamie
