Up for sale is my giant scale P-51 Mustang, Big Beautiful Doll. The is a Top Flite ARF with the Robart retractable landing gear, including the tailwheel. It comes receiver ready, all you need to go fly is a receiver.

I purchased this airplane secondhand from a club member a few years ago. He had a rough landing with it and the main gear were ripped out. He did a repair that held up for a few flights, but they ended up tearing out again. I fixed it right, reinforcing the area around the gear. They have held up just fine since then!

The airplane isn't in perfect condition, there's a handful of patches here and there (especially where I did the gear repair), but it presents well as you can see in the photos. Up front is a Quadra 52 with spring start. This engine balances the airplane perfectly without any nose or tail weight. The engine has been a fantastic powerplant for me, it has never missed a beat an offers fantastic reliability. Plenty of power and easy to start too. I did end-of-season maintenance and the piston isn't showing any blowby.

For servos it has Hitec 645MGs on the rudder and ailerons, 5645MG's on the flaps. The tailwheel, throttle, and retracts all use standard Hitec servos. On the elevator is a pair of MPI 460MG servos. Battery is a 2500mah LIFE.

When I got it it was set up for smoke, but I removed it to save weight. I can include the smoke pump, it's still plumbed for a smoke system. Just would need a tank.

Comes with a pair of wing bags (made from packing material), a stand for easy transport and storage, a used canopy/cowl, and a new set of exhaust, gun ports, and belly scoop.
