Wonderful to offer these on the website! Designing a pair of baffles myself, I know how much time it takes to create the CAD model. There is no mention of the type of material used in the baffles, anyone know? The price is reasonable to!

I've made from my CAD model a mold to glass over the 3DPrinted part and found it to be a weight savings even after paint. Seems to me the factory could whip out some molds with the spare glass from the cowling/tips/pants/cuffs to just make some fiberglass ones as well.

so nice ,every plane needs a cool intake set
i also use clear silicon and hot-glue to secure baffles as well as this demo shows. the clear silicon is very easy to use and can be repaired without cutting or grinding. make sure to clean surfaces 1st !
